Shipping questions
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours and shipping takes 2-4 days, however, please allow 2-10 due to public holiday delays.
Which courier will be used?
We use Evri, and in some cases Royal Mail.
Please email us if you would rather a different courier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
Information you need to know:
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an international order, the customer agrees to pay any customs duties, taxes, or import changes required by their country.
If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is refused or abandoned, the shipment may be returned to us or destroyed by customs authorities.
If the parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or refusal of delivery:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Any return shipping or customs handling fees will be deducted from the refund
- Refunds will only be issued once the parcel has been received back to us
If the parcel is destroyed, abandoned, or not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund

How do I return my order?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Once you have requested the return, you then have 14 days to post the return back - the parcel must arrived back within these 14 days. All parcels will be declined after this time period. All customers are responsible for postage costs. We are not responsible for lost returns during transit.
Once we have received your return, please allow up to 7 days for us to open and check over the item/s. We try to be quicker than this, however, we say 7 days officially.
We accept size exchanges.
We do not pay for postage for any returns.
We do not pay for import duties or postage for international size exchanges/returns
Will my return be accepted?
All returns must be sent back to us in the exact condition it was in before purchasing - unworn and unwashed condition. Including tags.
Our items are all checked over by us prior to posting out to customers.
We will process the return once we have received the item/s in brand new condition.
Returns will simply be declined and returned to customer if not in the same condition - I.e. any marks, stains, animal hair and other signs of wear.
Items that are custom-made, altered, or produced in sizes not normally offered on our website are considered made-to-order. These items are legally non-refundable and non-returnable.
If a customer refuses delivery or their order for any reason, we reserve the right to deduct shipping, return shipping, and associated courier and customs fees from the refund.
If a return is sent back to us after the 14 day window, this will be declined too. We are not liable for purchasing a shipping label to send the item/s back to the customer - the customer will have to send us a digital label.
NOTE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. If your order is being returned back to us from abroad, we allow 16 days from the return approval.
